On average, you can expect delivery within 5 to 25 business days. Please note that orders to areas or those held in customs may experience longer delivery times.
3. Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Please be aware that no processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Customs/Duties
Customers are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes that may apply to their orders.
6. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will be incurred.
7. Delays
Alphora cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges
At Alphora, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
1. Refund Method
All refunds will be provided as a non-expiring digital gift card. Please note that we do not offer cash, bank, or card refunds.
2. Timeline
Store credit will be issued within 7 business days following the inspection of the returned.
3. Not Eligible
Refunds will not be granted for items returned outside the 7-day window or those that are not in returnable condition. Shipping fees and taxes are also non-refundable.
4. Gift Cards
Your credits do not expire and can be utilized for any future order.
5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
